  1. Yes I did, it is well done 😀 Good luck with the roof, ask about using screws, I seem to remember that there is a reason why they are not a good idea…

  2. Did you follow the link to the full picture? I think the photographer managed a very clever composition there. :up:I've finished the short translation job I was doing this morning. Now off to the hardware store to consult about how to patch holes on the roof 😛

  3. Yes, I've got the screws and the drill attachment. Is it not a good idea? Galvanised iron screws into galvanised iron roof should be OK, shouldn't it?

  4. I think I am wrong here, looks like it should be ok, you just need a good electric screwdriver and time…

Oh, praise the long summer's days ahead of us. 😀

  6. Sausages, anyone? :lol:Right. I'm kitted out with new sunscreen and new sunnies. 😎 Up on the roof I go :sing: TTFN Have a good afternoon. 🙂

  7. After a hard day on the roof, MM relaxes with a glass of iced tea on the deck… 😀

  8. Not quite there yet, DH. Just a siesta time until going back up again about 4.30. I've got to take advantage of the current windless condition. 😉

  9. I haven't fallen off yet but somehow managed to cut my finger tip! Not a big deal but this injury is certainly making typing difficult. :p Getting too hot on the roof so cooling off time. 😎

  10. Cute meerkats indeed 🙂 And don't fall from the roof! That is an order :knight:

Just perfect, isn't it :)They are the native in your patch, aren't they, Aadil? Do you get to see them in wild at all?

Well, we do get some popping round in the back yard at times! But monkeys are more common..You must understand that I live on the South Coast of KwaZuluNatal, which is fairly sparcely populated and has a lot of bush still. This is not common in other Urban areas in South Africa though!.

Will we get to see the pictures of them? 😀 Originally posted by qlue:

The Zulu Kingdome, eh? Sounds like an interesting place to visit. Maybe when/if I win the big Lotto :p

  14. That's a shame. :monkey: picture would be fun. Often you see human parallels in their behaviours. 🙂

I've tried using my cellphone's camera, but it has a very wide-angle lens so it doesn't give good photo's of anything over a meter away! :awww:.

  16. Hmmmm, I see an affair coming on, it is a very clever picture indeed. I have to add here that your finger looks very sore in the other pic. Hope it has healed nicely.:)

  17. Yes, I like their tweets with animal pictures. Very cute :love:My finger is mending. I don't need plaster anymore, though it still tender and I have to type gently. 😀

  18. Hmmm, yes, I can just imagine. I have had the sore finger on the odd occasion…. nothing to smile about. I am happy it is on the mend though.

:eyes: What have you been reading (watching) DH!? :yikes:Although I have to say the term "nail puller" can be misleading to those unfamiliar with the concept 😀
