Thank you, Jill. This is the idea I've picked up from members of S&T. You are with 365, aren't you? I should visit your album there. Will do that soonish when I find time 🙂 (And the time is the fast diminishing commodity ever since I started blogging and photo sharing :p)
Thank you Helen. I tried to choose only the most distinct ones, rather than trying to put everything in and that seemed to have helped. I'm happy with the outcome 🙂 I had a good day, I supposed, spent chasing the rabbit and then the owners. :p
😎 Beautiful pictures. Tip: For the balance I would put the moon to the left on middle row and two small ones in the middle. I like the "fish eye effect" picture cropped like that
Thank you for your input, Sami. I think cropping most object focused pictures to 1:1 ratio had a surprisingly good effect in composing this collage. Re composition, I placed those deliberately so that the small tiles of images of the "live" objects form a flattened L and larger images of the sky objects are aligned in a flipped over L, surrounding the image of the setting sun caught in the foliage in the middle, which sort of signifies the meeting of those two elements. 😉
Thanks for the link, Jill. I took a very quick look at the first four pictures. The tree over mirror like water is just stunning. You are a very good photographer. 🙂 I'll go back and look more later. (It's almost 10pm here, which is my offline time :p)
I'm not there… although I considered it, was afraid I might not keep up. I tried it on my own, however, and I completed the project. found it to be quite a lot of fun & ended up w/ some shots that are keepers- just due to the fact I had to grab my cam all of the time to keep up!http://jillgallery.blogspot.com if you care to take a look 🙂
glad you enjoyed taking a peek. please come back again when you've the time.I enjoy photography as hobby, solely- do not hire me as wedding photographer, I may accidentally delete the pictures :worried:
beautiful way to ring in this new year- grand!

Thank you, DH. Took me a while to weed out ineffective pictures from the short list. :)Did you have a nice New Year?
Oh MM, this is simply stunning. You are very good. Have a beautiful Sunday.

makes perfect sense  It works this way as well 🙂 Yes, I also just rediscovered the beauty of 1:1 ratio once again.
